Our Services
Real Estate Services is responsible for coordinating all real estate and leasing transactions for the University.
Services provided are:
- On and off-campus leasing coordination and other Facility use agreement negotiations as applicable
- Manages request for acquiring and granting easements
All requests for use or rent of University space, please contact Space Administration to discuss the process for leasing space.
If you would like to lease or sell property to the University, acquire an easement, or have other real estate needs, please contact the Director of Real Estate.
